Meet Priscilla Smith

Priscilla transitioned from a successful real estate career and discovered she had a knack for nails. Her true passion emerged when she witnessed how a career in nails transformed the lives of the young women she hired in her training salon.

After building a 7-Figure training salon she founded Diamond Nail Tech Academy, the only specialty nail tech school in New Mexico. Now, she is dedicated to elevating cosmetology school nail programs. Her mission is to equip more young women with the skills, business knowledge, and confidence they need to build thriving careers.
